Welcome to Apollo Physiotherapy

We are a dynamic physiotherapy practice of Chartered Physiotherapists and our mission is to help you optimise your wellbeing potential. We are specialists in assessing and treating pain and dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system, such as disorders of the spine, osteoarthritis, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, postural imbalances and women’s health issues.

Our physiotherapists employ a hands-on manual therapy approach to reduce pain and restore movement, coupled with a strong focus on rehabilitation to prevent recurrence, and to optimise performance, whether it is on the field of play, the golf course, or simply life itself.

What our clients are saying

  • "My dream of running the Dublin Marathon was all but over due to knee pain when I was referred to Ruth in 2011. She diagnosed the injury and devised a treatment plan which included physiotherapy and running specific strengthening exercises. She didn’t stop me training but instead devised a cross training programme so that I could continue to build fitness while injured. I not only completed the marathon but did so comfortably in a new PB time!"
    - Paul, 3 Time Marathon Runner
  • "I suffered terribly with pelvic girdle pain during and after my first pregnancy. I attended Ruth for a post natal physiotherapy assessment where she diagnosed muscle imbalances around my hips and pelvis which had led to my pain. I was very nervous of my second pregnancy and expected to experience the same pain, however, Ruth prescribed exercises to correct the muscle imbalances and reviewed me periodically throughout the pregnancy and I am happy to say that I had such a different experience second time round. No pain and I was able to exercise right up to my delivery."
    - Sarah, Foxrock
  • "Ruth has played an invaluable role in terms of advice and treatment in keeping me playing gaelic football at senior level beyond an age when I should have gracefully retired"
    - Conor, Dublin
  • "I attended Ruth for rehabilitation after rupturing my ACL playing hockey. When I went back to the surgeon for my review, my operated leg was actually stronger than my non-operated leg and I’m back playing with no problems."
