What our clients are saying
- "Hana is an extremely knowledgeable and expert physiotherapist on the subject of pregnancy/postnatal issues. She provides an excellent programme for rehabilitation and advice on exercises to speed recovery. Most of all I can recommend Hana’s personal approach, she treats her patients with kindness and empathy."- Helen Murphy, Dublin
- "When I was five months pregnant I experienced a lot of pelvic girdle pain and I was referred to Hana by my Consultant in Holles Street. Hana was brilliant at treating the pelvic pain and stabilising my pelvis within a couple of sessions. I can't tell you what a difference her physiotherapy and dry needling made to relieve the pain I was feeling.I couldn't recommend Hana highly enough and found her so thoughtful and friendly"- Shonagh O’Keeffe, Dublin
- "My dream of running the Dublin Marathon was all but over due to knee pain when I was referred to Ruth in 2011. She diagnosed the injury and devised a treatment plan which included physiotherapy and running specific strengthening exercises. She didn’t stop me training but instead devised a cross training programme so that I could continue to build fitness while injured. I not only completed the marathon but did so comfortably in a new PB time!"- Paul, 3 Time Marathon Runner
- "I suffered terribly with pelvic girdle pain during and after my first pregnancy. I attended Ruth for a post natal physiotherapy assessment where she diagnosed muscle imbalances around my hips and pelvis which had led to my pain. I was very nervous of my second pregnancy and expected to experience the same pain, however, Ruth prescribed exercises to correct the muscle imbalances and reviewed me periodically throughout the pregnancy and I am happy to say that I had such a different experience second time round. No pain and I was able to exercise right up to my delivery."- Sarah, Foxrock
